A meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Perry will be held on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 7:30 PM at the Village Hall, 46 N. Main Street in Perry.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

VILLAGE OF PERRY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing regarding appropriating funds from the Fire Apparatus Reserve will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Perry at the Village Hall located at 46 N. Main Street, Perry, New York 14530, on the 17th day of October, 2022, commencing at 8:00 p.m. at a regular board meeting.

The Village of Perry proposes to authorize the appropriation of funds from the Fire Apparatus Reserve in an amount not to exceed $50,000 towards the purchase of self-contained breathing apparatus air packs for the Fire Department.

At this meeting the Village Board shall hear any and all concerns with regard to said actions.
