NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OF THE VILLAGE OF PERRY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 490-78 of the Zoning Law, the Village of Perry Zoning Board of Appeals has rescheduled their meeting from October 7, 2025 to October 14, 2025 for a public hearing at 6:30 pm in the Village Hall, 46 North Main Street in the Village of Perry, New York to consider the following:

Application was submitted by Jerold and Jennifer Hall for a use variance under section 490-49 for a country inn at 137 North Center Street in Perry, which has been merged with the neighboring parcel.  Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person.  Written comments submitted by 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will also be entertained.
