NOTICE OF MEETING RESCHEDULE AND PUBLIC HEARING

OF THE VILLAGE OF PERRY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Perry Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) meeting originally scheduled for the 1st Tuesday in July, has been rescheduled to Tuesday, June 27, 2023 due to the July 4th holiday. 

PLEASE ALSO TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article VIII, Section 490-78 of the Zoning Law, the Village of Perry ZBA will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 6:30 pm in the Village Hall, 46 North Main Street in the Village of Perry, New York to consider the following:

Application was submitted by Amy Alderman of 23 N. Federal Street for a variance under Section 490-16 (A) for a reduction in side yard setback from the required 5 feet to 1 foot to build a 16’ x 26’ garage. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person.  Written comments submitted by 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will also be entertained.
