2026-2027 Tax Collection Notice

VILLAGE OF PERRY

2026-2027 TAX COLLECTION NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to Real Property Tax Law §1428, the Village Clerk and Tax Collector has received the warrant and tax roll for the collection of taxes for the Village of Perry for the fiscal year 2026-2027.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that payments will be received in the Village Clerk’s Office by mail or in person at 46 North Main Street in Perry from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. Payments are also accepted online at www.villageofperryny.gov (fees apply).  Payments left in the secure mailbox will be accepted until 5pm daily.  Payments received after 5pm will be recorded and marked paid on the next business day.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that taxes may be paid without penalty during the month of June until July 1^st.  Beginning July 2, 2026, a penalty of 5% will be added and an additional 1% will be added each month thereafter until November 2, 2026.  No payment will be accepted after November 2, 2026.  Unpaid taxes will be returned to the Wyoming County Treasurer with an additional 7% penalty.
